Who we are
This policy explains how DUSTER (“DUSTER”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects information when you visit this website or use the DUSTER app. Questions about privacy: chuckblier@gmail.com.
Information we collect
We collect only what we need to run the service:
- Information you give us — for example your name and email when you contact us or when an account is set up for you.
- Information you put in the app — such as your rink’s spaces, customers and their contact details, bookings, rates and notes.
- Technical information — our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and reliability.
This website
This marketing site has no accounts, no tracking cookies and no third-party analytics or advertising scripts. Fonts and images are served from our own servers.
How we use information
- To provide, maintain and secure the DUSTER service.
- To respond to your questions and help you get started.
- To send service-related messages, such as account or billing notices.
- To meet legal obligations.
Who can see your data
Data in the DUSTER app is visible only to the users your organization adds, and each organization’s data is kept separate. We don’t sell personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us run DUSTER (such as cloud hosting), under obligations to protect it, or when required by law.
Cookies and browser storage
The DUSTER app uses your browser’s storage to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.
Keeping and deleting data
We keep information for as long as your organization uses DUSTER or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. You can ask us to export or delete your organization’s data by emailing chuckblier@gmail.com.
Children
DUSTER is a business tool and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the date at the top of this page.
